The Dragon Guest House is located in Old Manali, a must stay for foreign tourists. The new part of Manali is busy, chaotic, dusty and full of indian honeymooners. The Dragon Guesthouse provided us with a lovely comfortable and clean room in Manali for 3 nights. The only negative i can think of is that the pressure of the shower... More

I stayed here with friends for three nights and found the room to be clean and comfortable. There is a long balcony with seating outside the rooms with great views over the valley. The staff were helpful and friendly and they run a good restaurant adjacent to the hotel with an extensive menu.(I ate a locally caught trout which was... More

We stayed here on 2 separate occasions in 2012 itself, in June and October.. Thanks to all the reviews on trip advisor, we are glad we went for it.. every morning sitting in the balcony (we stayed on both 2nd and 3rd floor) sipping tea and looking at a killer view simply kick starts your day.. The rooms are clean... More

stayed for 2 days- service was good, room/bathroom were clean, well located, has a lovely view from the balcony right outside each of the rooms (rooms on the 2nd floor have a better view), rooms had wooden floors and a nice simple homely touch.. all in all it was a good stay for the amount we paid.

We arrived to stay a week and we end it up for 25 days. We chosed the floor room as we found it good for our budget, the rooms are clean with toilette and hot water. The staff is really sweet and ready to help you (ex. We asked to clean the room and toilette as we stayed long) .... More

The room that we stayed in was on the first floor and was very nice. There is a large seating area on the balcony for chilling out and watching the great view. The room itself was spacious and the bed was really comfortable with lots of blankets (it gets chilly at night). The bathroom was very clean. The shower was... More

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights in two different periods, and had a mixed experience. The rooms have a great view, and the chairs out in the common balcony are the best place to hang around to see the view. The room service is fantastic - ontime and good food. That was the first time we stayed.... More

situated at the most happening location- Old Manali, it never felt crowded or pokey. In fact, it was quite open and overlooked this gigantic mountain and the snow laden hills at the far right...great food at the rest, and friendly service...didn't feel like a budget hotel at all... must try to get the top floor rooms though...avoid the suites...the top...
