Pathetic service 1 overall food quality and service is poor 2 hot water not available 24 hrs 3 amenities are not like 5 star 4 service staff require training to make them understand what customer service stand for. 5 inspite of repeated feedback no effort have ben made to improve the service. Only plus point is location which is excellent.

We visited this hotel in the second week of January 2013. The location is very good and has nice mountain view. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with individual geysers in every bathroom. Food is excellent especially when it comes to nonveg. The staff is decent and their service is appreciable. Hats off to them. It was a wonderful experience.
