Stay was above average and location was good as it was river facing . Room rates were economical. Areas of improvement can be to spruce up furniture and fixtures in the room and lobby more

I got complementary return ticket from Air deccan Delhi-Manali. I decided to stay in not a very expensive hotel. The hotel is worst experience and we have never experienced such bad service before.
