An average hotel for one to stay while visiting the shrine of Mata Vaishnodevi. All that I can say is that there are better options for e.g. Carlton if you could shell some more money out. No heaters! Hence if you go in a winter season, you are bound to freeze! Avoidable if you may ask me. more

Katra Continental was close to the bus stop and is one of the best hotels in Katra. The Staff was very helpful and the hospitality we got was very impressive. The room rent was very reasonable and is equipped with Modern amenities. more

We visited Mata Vaishno Devi darbar and returned back from Darshan and we are very tired. Passed message to the staff and they are very helpful. Even though the availability in the room is good. Decoration is very attractive, bathroom is well cleared and the interior is too good. The only improvement which I feel is they require more improvement... more
