It was a horrible experience. This hotel Devi Grand is a complete fraud and robbed me in daylight. I booked the rooms through email given rack rates without any discount even after continuous requests. When reached there, I noticed hotel offering 40% discount to walk-in guests. Very good hotel, well located. Complimentary breakfast was below average. Courteous staff. Hot water was not available round the clock. They didn't give me reciepts of my stay, (try to get away with taxes while charging me fully, may be). They didn't take my credit card, asked me for cash payment. more
