stay arrangement was very bad even booking throuh the cleartip was also a bad experience, neither clear trip staff inform to mayur hotel staff nor hotel staff know that they are linked through cleartrip.Amenities was also bad. Totally a bad experience with clear trip and mayur hotel.

gud service, clean room and bathroom, gud food and nice location. from katra bus stand approx 100 mtr. on heliped road. and online booking is best to book hotel. Direct booking may costly but online booking is so cheap.

I visited this hotel in the month of feb..the service was good,food was great.the only bad thing about this hotel are that I was charged higher than the rates quoted on the website.secondly there is no power backup !!

i visited this hotel twice in last two years. price is very much resonable and middle of market where taxi or airport for helicopter are not far. food and breakfast are ok. staff are very much helpful. you wil get better then what you pay for this hotel this is my opinion.

I go to Vaishno Devi every year. I stayed in Hotel Mayur last year. This is a good facility hotel. we were three couples and kids, took a 3 doublebed AC room on very affordable price. The is at the walking distance from the Taxi / Auto stand and nearby the market.
