Arrived here after getting ripped off in Delhi by pre booking a house boat. I checked the lonely planet and Swiss Hotel seemed to be the best place around. We returned after 2 years and the new block are functional. Rooms are very beautifully done and spacious clean room with spotless toilet again. Mr Rouf as usual friendly and very very helpful. Hot water aviable after 5pm and wifi in the reception area is good.

Swiss hotel has recently opened a new block rooms in which are spacious clean and comfortable. Hotel provides free wi fi in the reception area . One can get breakfast but for lunch and dinner one has to go out. there are many eating joints in close vicinity.
