“The Unforgettable LADAKH”

The stay at the hotel was one of the most memorable moments of our trip....We had a blast....the hotel has an excellent location and ambience..... The support staff is very friendly.... A big thanks to Mr.Ashraf(hotel owner) for making our holiday memorable we have stayed at Hotel Lasermo for 4 nights with our group of 77 passengers in the month May, service was excellent, staff was very cooperative, food was awesome, location wise most of the rooms have a view of snow cap mountains and much more.... It was a 9d 8n package of the hotel itself. The package includes stay, food, travel / visit different places (local + Nubra valley + Pangong lake & stay at the VIP tents). Perhaps this was the most critical place I visited so far in the world. But surprisingly it was made highly comfortable & homely by the hotel management... More

Visited the Hotel for a 6 N 7 D package....The itenary is well planned... The rooms are very good and the hotel staff are very hospitable..Pangong Lake is a must visit in Ladakh... Ladakh and Lasermo is the perfect ingredient for a peaceful holiday

“The most inefficient staff”

I never thought I would be writing this for a hotel that I shortlisted after going thru 100's of hotel reviews. I would straight away come to the point, the hotel is built good, but the staff is just very inefficient. Couple of staff members are very arrogant, and and they have no sense how to behave with the guests.... More
