The Hotel staff are professional and friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed at the Bel Air for two nights , and the level of service projected by this hotel turned out more than expected. The hotel has only very basic amenities , but the service more than compensated. Staff were cooperative , especially the Front office staff who were even very flexible with the check out timings. more
