Oy's cafe is run by very friendly, welcoming and helpful guys. The food is very good and there is a nice atmosphere. There are three rooms upstairs which are not brilliant but are perfectly fine for one or two nights. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided no problem. Bed linen was not so clean so had to ask for... More

We booked two nights in advance and checked that we could turn up quite late in the evening. However when we arrived the room wasn't ready. The floor had not been swept, the bottom sheet was clearly not clean and there was no top sheet and no towels. It took a long discussion to get the sheet and towels. Also... More

Oy's is a very cool cafe which has three rooms upstairs plus two other hotels around fort Kochi. We walked in off the street and managed to get a room which had two large beds (easily fit two people). We paid 2000 rupies a night (including air con), also including 400 for a fifth person who slept on the floor.... More

I spent most of my time in Oys during my stay in Fort Cochin. The food is great, the atmosphere is chilled and fun and more importantly it is run by two brothers who are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure all their guests have a great time, whether you're staying or just visiting for a... I love oys cafe for so many reasons...the amazing italian coffees, the fresh food, the comfortable rooms, and most importantly the hospitality. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced between 600-800 rupees which is the best value for money that I found in Fort Kochi. The cafe is a bamboo style ambience with cushions and nice seating . there is... More

Did not stay in Oys as such. Stepped in for tea and snacks. The ambience is great. Have a good living room - where you can sip tea and chillax with a novel. Lot of eat out options available in as well as around. Pretty close to the beach and Fort kochi action.

We stayed in Oy's home stay (above Oy's cafe) for six nights. Taj home stay had taken our reservation, but was not even open anymore. After arrival they told us some story about maintenance work that needs to be done and took us to Oy's home stay. We were there during off season. The service was just not existing since... More

Had a wonderful stay at Oy's homestay around New Year's. The rooms were spacious and affordable, even while we were there during peak holiday season. The staff was really kind and welcoming, and the downstairs restaurant was a great place to hang out and get breakfast (also the milkshakes are delicious!). One memory from our stay that really sums up... More

Oy's is located just across the road from Kachi's Art Cafe. It's a relaxing place and even has a library! Laid back and perhaps not as attentive as Kachi's it's definitely worth a visit.
