We had booked through nivalink and just before leaving called the hotel to confirm the reservation. Apparently the nivalink people had forgotten to inform them. That wasn't the first of the problems. I have stayed here as have both my parents. My father was originally in Cochin on a short notice trip with no accomodation to be found. The staff went out of their way to find him a room.
