I didn't stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant. Really refind food, try the tuna as a starter ! A beautifull setting and good service, although the waiter brought the main course while we were still eating the tuna... I bought the cookery book of the chef, Masala. A beautifull book with great recipes.

This Hotel is out of Kochi and you wonder where on earth the Taxi driver is taking you. But it is worth getting away from the usual noise and chaos of India. Set in beautiful grounds over looking the water Good rooms and excellent service.

Malabar House is a super small quiet hotel not far from the places of interest in Cochin. Lovely clean room overlooking the Parade Ground where youngsters played cricket at every opportunity. The hotel is a gentle five minutes stroll away from the beach with its chinese fishing nets and stalls and most other sights/attractions in Fort Cochin.
