Neat and tidy rooms with friendly staff. Front office staff is really helpful to guide you for sightseeing and specially shopping in cochin. On going kebab fest is a good experience with very tasty veg and non.veg kebabs. Japanese restaurant - Tokyo bay is also a good experience..................................

Big Advise not to stay in this hotel. Staff is RUDE, do not deliver what they promise. Food is good but served cold. Third Class Hotel . I am regretting why did I am staying in this 3rd Grade hotel. The rating for this hotel is 4 start but believe me its not worth for even 1 star.

Staying here was very nice, the hotel is good, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The suite I was in was nice and clean with very good air-conditioning. The location of the hotel is very close to MG Road, which is nice as you can walk to some great shopping. Overall a very nice experience.

Did not enjoy our stay at Hotel Presidency. The staff were really unhelpful. The pool was closed with no explanation, just sort of laughed at us. Laundry was a complete rip off!! Breakfast was pretty poor so we didn't bother getting up for it the next day. Didn't have a good atmosphere.

I stayed at hotel presidency with my family for one night....Rooms were spacious and clean....Hotel staff was very friendly and the food was also good....value for money....u cnt call it a 4star hotel but quality of the hotel is been maintained.......not bad at all...........
