Very clean rooms. The receptionists are very very nice and will help you with anything you need. The food was really spicy, but still good. The cook came and asked us what we wanted and said he would make anything whether it was on the menu or not. If you get the time, take the houseboat in Alleppey. the hotel... more

We chose an executive room RS1950. It was centrally air conditioned, medium sized, very clean with a good bathroom. The room was due for re-decoration and had a rather musty, damp smell. I must say this hotel though small is well maintained. If found the rooms clean and the staff was helpful to a certain extent. Overall i would say it is a good value for money hotel for business travelers. more
