the room was very good , my stay was for 4 nights but nobody changed the bed-sheet and i was never given a fresh towel . but overall the service was very nice specially the reception staff and the restaurant staff

The hotel looks smart when you just enter in main lobby but after we enter the room........rooms lacks ventilation, cleanliness,very poor housekeeping........we have also found bed bugs on extra mattresses.....overall i found hotel has good infrastructure but the mgmt is poor...in my stay i found only front office dept smart nd active......
