What a brilliant location. I didnt stay here but visited the property which has a definite period feel to it. Loved the fruit trees around the house and the river close at hand. Extremely scenic and isolated from the tourist buzz of Kumarakom!

We stayed at the Maya Heritage house with our extended family for the New Year. We had a bit of trouble finding it. We had a wonderful time in this historic home. The rooms were airconditioned, bathrooms were very clean and updated. We stayed with 2 other familes and we had a wonderful time ..it was very reasonably priced..I would recommend this place. Close to Kumarakom.
