The hotel people are really greedy and they make the full amount 2 day before check in and they hadnot given proper services...in the night when there was a power supply failure they had not even given a candle to the room,uncleaned rooms and wash room. we made complaint to the receptionist even there was no other guests in the... I was a walk in guest i enjoyed the stay and service that was provided to me and my family, the management and staff gave us good support and treated us well Rooms that i stayed was very cool, forest and mountain veiw was nice Food was delicious
