I was there with my 2 friends after my yoga training course. It was serene... Beautiful quiet and comfortable.. I loved the beach.. I highly recommend for your get away to get rejuvenation. Ayruveda treatment is fantastic!!

During our 2 day stay, we were the only indian couple there with a kid.. all others were foreigners above 60yrs :) the rooms were not great for the price we pay..but the resort and the food was great. its mainly for people who are looking for a month long ayurvedic treatments

It was really place for relax. I was alone and it was very very nice experiance. Fresh food, no alcohol, treatmnets, ocean, just few people arround, very helpful personal. What you need more if you want to make break when you live in big city usually)
