I have visited Il Palazzo and am happy to report that it has vastly improved and modernized. The food's excellent and, yes, although the waiters may seem a shade rigid initially, but they open up pretty soon. We had a great time. They are very rigid with their ways not at all flexible, completely lack customer service. Too expensive in terms of food, service and other Amenties that they offer.
