i was stayed in pnoenix Hotel in month of Feb 2012. it was my fantastic stay with my family. manager of this hotel is very helpful and polite as well as team Godwin is very helpful and friendly, specially front office staff is very good. For my first hotel stay in Pune, I stayed in Phoenix. Its a different kind of hotel, far from crowd. If you want some peaceful time for yoru self and your sweetheart, go for it. The rooms are well maintained and hygenic. The food is also good, but little on the expensive side. The staff are good and well behaved.
