“Not appealing”

Sad that ista changed hands. The ananda spa is no more and has been replaced by merely simple treatments which are highly priced. Ordered for a hot chocolate and received nothing but cold milk with a sprinkle of chocolate powder. On complaining I was still made to pay for it with no apologies. My wi fi took over 15 mins... “NO Hyatt Club Room”

I was a bit surprised to learn upon arrival this Hyatt had no Club. Further, the stay has yet to be trained on Hyatt Status.
