The hotels need to do a lot to improve. At times it feels that the staff is on a different team n try and compete to not help. The prices are average, expensive for the service....the rooms although are good. Service is where the hotel needs to improve.

If you are looking for a best hotel in Pune region so you have to pay much more. I think this is the expensive to other hotels. Services are really satisfactory. Entry at the security gate is very good. The reception persons are really and helpful and caring to plan your travel nearby Pune.
