The rooms are clean- although the carpet can use upgrade. Bathrooms are clean too. I liked the fact they have power sockets for US equipment. Staff is ok - the reception can use some smile. Stayed at the Sargar Plaza for 4 nights mid-Sept 06. I had a room at the front of the hotel on th 3rd floor. The noise from the road was pretty bad; traffic, dogs, drummers throughout the day until the small hours - not much chance of a lie in. Plus, thee is 24hr building work directly over the road.... more
