1. Room Service takes lots of time against the request. 2. The entire room been folded due to pipe leakage in the room i stayed on 10 & 11 May 2013 3. no proper basic material kept in lavatories. 4. Need to call Reception again and again for Hot Water in bathroom.

Overall good. The reception staff can be more customer oriented and having a smile on their face would be an added creme on the cake. Perhaps we should have discounts in Pune to like the Delhi branch.

Prompt service, pleasant environment, accessibility of location (in case workplace is around Hinjwadi) , nominal charges. These are the best things experienced. The only glitch is the local transport.

This hotel is real value for money, appreciate the hospitality,Its Minimum but thats all you get for the small amount that you pay! Its well kept and is located near most IT majors in this area. The Chinese restaurant is good and they really take an order for your liking and cook it accordingly.
