We stayed here in early January. Despite the fact that our relatives who live in Pune had booked it, they insisted on being paid up front every day! We were hardly likely to leave all our stuff in the hotel and leave without paying. Very poor customer service. Breakfast was terrible.

the rooms , the ambiance , staff everything was v v v good , the staff was co-operative beyond comparison , they got whatever i ordered..i just loved my stay with them ,, though it might look simple from outside it is a great hotel , it is on main road so accessibility is excellent

i stayed just for a day the co-operation extended by the hotel staff was out of this world few issues with the facilities provided but overall the hotel has good rooms and ambiance.the location of the hotel is not very appropriate but regardless of that i thought the management of the hotel is good... i hope the develop ...good luck

i was there for 3 days for office work, i really appreciate the services given by the staff , though they do not have there own restaurant but still they provided good food and was good experience overall... my best wishes

i stayed here for 2days service was no doubt poor.they give wifi service only for high end rooms not for basic which is normal in any super market.for each and every thing they need to charge money which is really too high some were.they want to charge half day money if u want to b +2 hours then there checkout... Dharam sala in Gujarats are much more better then this hotel.........Never take this option till any worst option is available.terrific sound around the hotel not a good place to even opening a hotel and the way of service is also worst

Online rate cheaper than hotel own tariff! Poorly staffed and no kitchen. Mr deshpande is keen to set things right. Room spacious and bath room is vey spacious too.
