My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one week in October. It is the only hotel that we have stayed at in India, so weren't sure what to expect or how it compares. By European standards, the service was slow and attention to detail was not good - for instance, table linen looked tired and had obviuosly been used the day before and towels were not changed often enough. Having said that, we were pleased to be shown to a large, clean room with a comfortable bed. It had both a ceiling fan and air conditioning unit. The ensuite shower room was clean and modern with a western style toilet. Breakfast was included in the room price and was either an Indian style buffet of rice, bread and sambar or cornflakes and toast. We ate in the restaurant a few times and found the food to be very good although we were disappointed by the slow service. The food is very good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.
