Stayed here for two days and one night, after looking at a whole host of hotels, and not getting the ones I wanted. The hotel has been renovated, and has a nice look and feel.

But the front desk was pretty cold and unfriendly, and the two ladies there did not mention that airport pick-up or airport-drop had be pre-booked 1 day in advance, even though my tariff included airport pickup and drop. Pretty rude, and did not bother with even apologizing, but asked me to take an auto!

Room service was OK, but missed out on part of the order, and that was not adjusted in the bill. Refused to do so.

For a double room, it had two single beds that had been put together, and the beds kept sliding off!!

The flat TV was too small for the room.

Overall, a bad experience. Would not recommend the hotel!! more
