We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff, the food and the great view of the fort at night while dining at the roof top restaurant. We loved our room - two comfy single beds and even a wooden swing, desk, chair etc. . It opened on to a courtyard where we could have drinks, read, play... more

The hotel is full of character and charm with really helpful and friendly staff. Wi-fi internet access. We had a lovely room just off the second courtyard, with tall steps to enter. The room looks quaint and clean and with period furniture and it has hot water and A/C. You can have breakfast on the roof top terrace, in the... more

I've stayed at Nachana Haveli several times, and will be going back, as well. Divya and her brother made me feel so much at home, and it was a welcome little oasis to return to after the Desert Festival. My room was very spacious, just off a little courtyard, with plenty of room to unpack and spread out. The location... more

We stayed at the "honeymoon sweet" on the terrace. Very psychedelic, very charming. The management is very friendly and i think that's what made this place stand apart. The brothers who own the place seem to take a personal interest in each guest's experience. It was in fact our honeymoon and we were keen to do a night on a... more

I stayed 2 nights in this Haveli and liked it very much. The room was a bit small and dark, but the atmosphere was great. My room was on a nice innercourt which was furnished with some tables and chairs for the guests. Staff was very friendly and breakfast excellent. They where a little to nervous about guests using electricity.... more

When I came to India and Jaisalmer for the first time in 2005, I was so overwhelmed by the dirt, the smells, the noise, the many many pushy people, like I guess many travellers are the first time they set foot in India. I really needed a place to get away, relax and reload, and found that at Nachana Haveli,... more

I loved staying at Nachana Haveli especially because of Diviya, and her whole family. They made me feel just like a part of the family and were so welcoming and kind. This kind of warmth is rarely found while travelling. The hotel is a beautiful old haveli with so much character, charm and life. It is located just down the... more

Sleeping in a 280-year old haveli seems to be romantic, but forget about this place. Our bathroom was not cleaned after the earlier guests left. The room was dirty, the carpet so dirty, that we didn’t even try to walk around bare feet; The airconditioning filter was probably not cleaned for years, so the air smelled like an old vacuum... more

This was a unique place to stay. We had the roof top room, which was beautifully decorated - beware very low cealings! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant provided free entertainment some evenings. more

Old, well restaured haveli with quiet courtyards, situated on Gandhi Chowk, just inside one of the gates of the new town below the fort. Excellent roof top restaurant (Saffron) attached to the hotel. Antique furniture. Warm welcome. more
