Staff was nice and friendly. Rooftop dining stairs are too high.Staff require more professional training.Car rental for local sight seeing needs to be more transparent.Taps in the washroom are all outdated and needs to be replaced.Overall value for money and ok for a short visit.Will visit again for a short trip in July -August.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. It has a great location, very clean and appealing rooms and an excellent, friendly staff. Highly recommended. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed walking around the central neighborhood with its cute lanes and tall buildings.

Excellent hotel. Location is superb. Walkable from city palace and a few other key locations. Superb interiors. Wonderful view from jharokhas. However, the manager thinks that its the Indians who complain abt things while foreigners always accept things as they are. Had an argument with him on something. Guy needs to learn his lessons. Loud mouthed man.

We had a great time at this family hotel staying for 4 nights. It is in ideal location, simply but tastefully furnished and clean. The rooms are spacious with writing desks and chairs.
