We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean, with a lovely view of the lake. Restaurant was fine for breakfast but very limited for lunch or dinner. Quaint rooms done up in ethnic style overlooking Lal Ghat. Sit back and watch the sun set. Spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, a lounge area with loads of magazines and books to browse through. We loved Kankarwa, the haveli is beautiful, the rooms are really tastefully restored and really quaint. The view over the lake and to the palace from the roof top restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious an amongst the best we had in India. Its also super value for money, Stay here!! more
