Very good hotel for stay in the commerical area of Gandhipuram, good room service & lots of travel agencies nearby to quickly take upa bus in case you need a short travel in the near by cities when running out of trains availability. Staff if cooperative & speak Tamil, Hindi & English. Decent rooms too.

City Tower is one of a good hotel in Coimbatore. Approx a km away from the Railway station. Neat rooms with roof top restaurant (Cloud restaurant). Foods were excellent with mixed varieties of South & North Indian. There are 2 more restaurants for vegetarian and Chinese.
