It was a good hotel.We had stayed for two days there.They had arranged trips to ootty.We feels safe there in the room.Staffs and Servicing people are very good.Thanks Hotel Orchid inn ...If some of my friends going to ootty also i will prefer this Hotel.

It was a bad experience we had as they don't have tie up with the tour operators although they have put up the linkages with various tour operators. I went for Ooty nd stayed on this hotel. Really chance less Hotel. Excellent room service but food is normal only. Very clean rooms, Exclusive bed nd TV, Friendly room service, Manager also freely servicing us like as friend. Truly recommending this hotel.

it's truly budget hotel. nice, comfortable with spacious rooms. i recommend if you have no issues with luxury facilities. good front desk with food served in the room. i must say that their food is tasty - roti and daal are too good.

The staff is very well mannered. Room and bathroom are clean. But transport issue if we use auto facility. price is really worth. food also good and cheap. Not so good.
