Stayed at Ponmari Residency, Ooty for 3 days in April.Very much centrally located, easy to locate.Room and Service were good.Food was nice, but restaurant ambience is not that good.Better to ask for room service.They have arranged a local sight seeing trip which was good.Overall nice experience.

Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean and room service was also good. In a tourist place where it is difficult to find a good eating place, good restaurant in the hotel was a boon. Free breakfast in the morning with decent variety was also good. All in all a nice hotel to stay.
