We stayed for 3 days and it was an excellent Stay. Five star luxury at affordable rates. Service was good. Food is good though expensive. Staffs are co-operative. Rooms are clean and tidy. Must try if in Ooty specially for couples.

The rooms on the ground floor were really good. It was with a small attached private garden. We liked the stay at this hotel. Also we enjoyed the room service. Even if it was a bit slow, the food quality was good, so we did not try any other restaurant.

I think for place like Ooty, we should only be considering Taj or similar types. Willow Hill is pathetic hotel in terms of service and room also not that great.
