Location of the property is really good, rooms are spacious and confortable but service was poor - food also was okay. Nothing special. Just come out of your room and you can see the lake - another good thing about hotel is that every floor have terrace. more

Pros: 1. Located at a great place in centre of town 2. Overall a comfortable experience. Cons: 1. No sufficient ventilation in the room I stayed 2. Carpets were not very clean 3. The location of Hotel is perfect overlooking the beautiful Ooty lake. The hotel is recently refurbished and clean. The restaurant offer decent veg delights. The rooms are clean and adquately ventilated and they all offer unobstructed view of the lake. Overall the stay was pleasant and value for money. more

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days...its just opposite to famous lake. The Lake View was great from balcony, however there was some construction going on so it was bit ugly. Room Service was good but food was not very good. They dont know how to cook North Indian Dishes. more
