wonderful property..its on main road bout w/o any noise...taj view balcony is wonderful..rooms are big...rates are good..however the service is poor,..untrained reception and support staff...hot water and tv didnt work at times...however mr Shaw tried hos best to help us....staff needs proper training...overall a v good hotel to stay in ,,in a good budget..

We stayed in this hotel for about 5 days in August, 2011, Reception service were excellent. Very helpful. We got the Deluxe room,Very clean and a massive king bed, it was so comfortable that we slept thru the morning got up after one pm. and we really enjoyed staying in a Hotel .. It value for Money.... Decent Rooms, A/c Rooms are quite better than Non A/c. Definitely you can feel worth for your money. It is an Budget hotel, Eventhough they are maintaining good ambiance, Quality, neatness, Support staffs are good. Reaching the Hotel from ground floor seems to be sticky but it is ok when u reach your rooms.

Hotel and hotel staff was very good. All the waiters are very polite and respond to the call very quickly. Good for middle range hotels.
