Overall nice experience.the rooms were clean and bathrooms too. The staff was helpful and courteous. Manager also organised transport for us at the last minute. Location of the hotel is decent. As a budget hotel it was far better than what you can expect in Agra. Sadar market is close to the hotel which makes it a convenient choice.
