Stayed at the Mughal for 2 nights in a deluxe suite. The external architecure of the hotel is very dated, but inside its lovely. I stayed for one night in October 2009. Wonderful service from all staff, and the room itself was beautiful. I enjoyed all my meals, especially dinner at Peshawri...wow that was amazing! No need to repeat whats been said before so I'll keep it short with a "two thumbs up"! more

A good hotel with nice rooms (most comfortable beds!) and lovely gardens to enjoy. Food is expensive and we didn't appreciate being told by one of the staff that we couldn't swim in the pool by the spa unless we were going to the spa. Concierge corrected it promptly, but was an unnesessary interruption and poor staff service. more

The only reason I stayed here was because Oberoi was too expensive to stay in. Our room had a leaking roof and when I called the front desk, they didn't apologize but sent a mechanic half an hour later who just put some towels on the floor and said that the roof had been leaking for weeks everytime it rained!... more

After the 6am Shatabdi from Delhi and a fight (taxi drivers were brawling for customers) to get out of the station, we arrived at the calm of the ITC. we went to ITC Mughal on a weekend trip after pre-booking the hotel on net. Reached after a 4 hour self-drive from Gurgaon and saw like a million people in the lobby.
