Large, soulless hotel in need of a make-over. Catering for large tour groups, the solo traveller is treated like a poor relation. Stayed here for one day to visit Taj mahal. Room is basic and shower was made by plastic tube from bath inlet - hadn't seen these in hotels for 30 years. The hotel is quite dated but rooms were spacious and clean. Service was good and food at the restaurants not too bad. We stayed over the peak Christmas period so it was a bit expensive. During non-peak periods it probably represents better value for money. more
