We stayed in the hotel for two days and we liked it very much. Ambiance of the hotel and the room was good. The lawn is wonderful. The staffs are well behaved and always with smiling faces. more

I arrived in Agra tired and hot got to the hotel to great welcome where I got upgraded to a suite. I think it was the 'Noor Jahan' Suite. Wow! It has lots of character spacious and a seating area however It's a bit modern compared to the rest of the room. The room has quirky features like the switches... more

The great things about this hotel were he staff and the food...but it stopped there!!! Our rom was beautiful in appearance but had a terrible smell about it. The pool was very murky, tiles missing, cracked, falling out and there were pidgeon droppings all around the pool...it wasn't very nice. Construction both in and around the hotel was inconvienient as... more

My room was noisy due to construction nearby, and the female staff at the front desk told me the noise would stop at 6 PM "...perhaps...". I called the lady manager and she apologized and moved me at once. The hotel is an old residence, remodeled, with large rooms around a lovely central garden. The breakfast was excellent. Very clean. more

This is a lovely heritage hotel. The garden and the swimming pool area are spacious and very attractive , with lots of bougainvillea plants. Unfortunately there is a very busy and noisy road on the other side of the (high) wall. The room was fine, but a little dark. The bathroom needs to be modernised to ensure that the water... more

I was really disappointed with this hotel. My room was very noisy, heard clearly the staff chatting outside my room early in the morning. The minibar was empty when I arrived. The breakfast was bad, already cold at 7.30 (even the hot water for coffee). My scrambled eggs didn´t show up even though there was just one person before me... more

We stayed here as our 2nd stop on our india 11 day tour. The hotel itself is not star rated as its a heritage hotel. Its run by locals. Our room was basic but fine. My husband suffered here because of dust. Our towels were grey and smelt of smoke. I would recommend taking your own small towel if you... more
