Staff was very helpful and polite. was travelling with my old parents (age of above 75 years) but faced no problems in this hotel. The hotel is not far off from railway station. The staff is very courteous. The food is delicious. Breakfast has great variety. Rooms are quite spacious. Overall its value for the money you pay. The most important aspect is the behaviour of the staff which is very helpful and polite.

This hotel is situated 1km from Lucknow City railway station and costs 100 rupees in a taxi to get to the hotel. I am not new to TULIP INN. I have stayed in this hotel with my German friends for more than 15 days during business trip. The staff is courteous, good, friendly, food is good, restaurant staff very friendly. Overall, I would continue to patronise this hotel. Value for money, competitive rates, not cheap of-course. Food is expensive.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to Railway Station. My train was reaching Lucknow at the mid of the night so was best option for me. Otherwise also It is a nice property, well done up. Seems to be renovated, was earlier Kohinoor or some thing, so some vestiges of earlier are there but overall a good hotel.... More
