The guest house is an excellent place to stay. I stayed in the dormitory - a very nice large room. The facilities are very good - hot water, breakfast, very friendly & helpful staff. A wonderful base for exploring Varanasi. Not just because it is convenient, spotlessly clean, very friendly, but because it is part of a society that promotes understanding of the city and its sites, preservation and regeneration of its monuments and neighbourhoods. We went on a cultural tour with the Society and were blown away - worth every rupee.
