I have had good dinners twice at this hotel, once in 2011 and once in 2012. The menu is good, the staff helpful and the price reasonable. What's more at the height of summer the AC is pretty good too. I went with a friend who is a local and who finds it good value and in a convenient location.

This is a hotel offering basic amenities in the heart of Varanasi...the rooms are live able, the bathroom is clean..the restaurant offers decent variety of food. Overall, it is good value for money! There is a Spencer's supermarket nearby from where you can buy the basic food stuff.

We stayed here two nights as most other places were booked out. We had two cockroaches in the bathroom. The rooms are basic. The location is okay, but it is a ten minute walk to the Ganges River. The restaurant is good. Service is a bit lacking.
