Stayed with my family for two nights and we had a comfortable stay except for some hot water complaints.The rooms and linen were clean. We did not use their room service. The air-conditioning was good, but the telephone was not clear in the rooms, but overall was satisfied as the staff were generous and very very courteous and helpful.

Checked in in the evening, had no booking. The reception staff very helpfully gave us a twin bedded room we were looking for, adjusting it with another guest booking, after, a guest vacated it. It is a centrally located Budget Hotel, and you cannot expect a 4 or 5 star facilities here, but as a 2.5, 3 Star Hotel it is quite good in compare to other hotels. This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Walls were filthy with layer upon layer of dirt, door handles and light switiches were black with dirt. Tiny dark rooms, sporadic AC, all bathrooms share same ventilation tunnel si room five can her what is going on in room 15 and room 1 --yeugh. No soap no towels no toilet paper. For our group of 15 not once did they get our orders or our bill correct. Waiter was sneezing over food. Staff lethargic and lazy.
