We had high expectations of this hotel, not only because of the #1 TA rating, but also due to the location & web photos. WELL...what a let-down it was when we arrived. Rooms are out-dated, senior staff are sterile (no smiles) and the whole 'French' theme is rather comical. Far better for your money out there. more
