My partner stayed here for four nights, it was wonderful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They already new who we were on our arrival, we were totally looked after. Our Valley Villa was lovely, the balcony looking over the Valley was such a relaxing place to kick back. The pool was amazing and the service around... more

We have been to Bali and have stayed at several well known hotels, but this was the worst experience ever. The check in process is the most time consuming we have ever encountered. First sit down, then fill in some forms and then finally the hotel staff pick up your bags and carry them on there backs to your room.... more

My wife and I stayed at the Oberoi in Bali for 10 nights and had 3 nights at the end of our honeymoon here. We were upgraded to a better room, but it was very pokey and has no TV. The views are amazing, but the grounds are a bit tired and there are alot of stairs everywhere. The staff... more

We had our wedding here and stayed 3 nights. The wedding was beyond what we expected in terms of service, layout, food and entertainment. We loved the personal attention you recieve at Alila, and your made to feel like a long lost friend. The infinity pool is awesome, and you'll get a few monkeys peering at you in jealousy from... more

We stayed here for the last 3 days of our honeymoon, and had a mixed experience. On the face of it the hotel is beautiful, great location with picturesque views, infinity pool (not as impressive as is made out). The hotel provided us with a complimentary honeymoon upgrade, bottle of pink champagne and some chocs on arrival - all very... more

We stayed for 6 nights in a Valley Villa after spending 6 nights on a beach resort in Bali. At first I was a little dissappointed by some of the little problems in the room, doors sticking, etc. but was quickly won over by the fabulous scenery and surroundings. I do feel some general maintenance was needed though. We ate... more

We stayed at the Alila Ubud for the first 6 nights of our Bali honeymoon. Having arrived in the evening to the peace and tranquility of the Alila after 20 hours of travelling, we were initally impressed. The feel that is portrayed by the long drive way to your quiet surroundings and relaxed, stylish reception area is one of decadence... more

We had a wonderful time at the Alila Ubud. The setting is wonderful - the intense green of the surrounding trees and the occasional monkey to surprise you. The swimming pool was fabulous - an infinity pool with a dramatic valley vista. So relaxing lounging by the pool and being served complimentary iced tea. We also spent an amazing evening... more

I always believed that the most important thing in holidays is to recall them in our mind with tenderness after they have finished, that’s why today when we think back to Bali and its people we feel a bit like Balinese and as we have left back our country and our friends . To this emotion ALILA and its Personnel... more

The trip to Bali ended in the most spectacular way...after checking out from Nusa Dua, we headed to Ubud as we were staying at the Alila resort there. If you are driving yourself, then you must keep your eyes peeled for their sign which once noticed leads you to the hotel via rice paddies...which I must say are beautiful. The... more
