This hotel has a prime location, located in the heart of Kuta, and there are so many things you can do nearby, just within walking distance. Found out about the hotel thru the Web. Asked for Airport pickup but they charged a bomb, so I arranged for my guide for the pickup. Check-in was a breeze and they showed us to the rooms. The rooms are a bit old and they're showing their age. Pleasant enough for the wife and kids but it needs serious updating.... more

Very central, 5 minutes walk to Waterbom,Kartika Plaza shopping Centre and Bemo Corner and all shops selling Surf wear etc.Heaps of really good restaurants on the doorstep which was good for kids. I went with my brother and we shared a room , we had 3 different rooms before we were given what we were meant to have. Overall we had a great time and found staff very good to us , especially security out front. I don't think it would be 4.5 or 5 star as it was a bit run... more
