Ida is a budget hotel and what you get is what you paid for. Service is not that good, breakfast is acceptable, and rooms are clean. But the room service is totally unacceptable. Good for a budget traveller, for a one or two day stay. more

We are totally disappointed with this hotel. It is a run-down hotel and most importantly the room and the bathroom are dirty. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. Sorry to say that I'll never come back to this hotel. The only possitive point is that the staffs are friendly. more

My partner and I booked a package a week before we left and this was the only hotel in Kuta with a vacancy. When we checked in I asked if there were any Bungalows available and they put is in a standard Bungalow right next to the restaurant. The Bungalows are very small with an extremely hard bed, an empty... more

The service there was not bad, good service though. The staff respond to our request quite efficient. The room is clean but for those who have sensitive skin might face itchiness. The air conditioner wasn't cold enough. There is mosquitoes problem but not serious just a little one. The hotel location is very good. It located at the center where... more

This hotel was a reasonable hotel for a reasonable price. We booked a deluxe bungalow (404). The room was great with two queen beds and fridge tv etc. However I was let down with the bathroom. Having done alot of research on the internet with all the pictures available the bathroom was certainly different and not as nice as the... more

The hotel looks like it is in a perfect spot when you look at the map but the truth it that you have to walk almost around the whole block to get out to the main street. But thats acceptable. What is not acceptable is the people working at the reception. First I asked them about how much it would... more

what a joke, good luck trying to find anything that resembles the pictures from the internet site! there are nails sticking out of furniture, 1 pool not 2, no 24 hour room service, unfriendly staff that are very unwilling to help and pretend to not understand english when it suits them. they also put a tax of between 10 &... more

We absolutely loved this hotel. So much so that we are going back in November. When we were discussing where we would stay, we realised that we could not fault the Ida. We stayed in a deluxe Bungalow and our daughter loved the fact that she had a Queen 4 poster bed to herself. Very exotic showering in a semi... more

I stayed at the Ida Hotel which have a quiet, rustic balinese charm. The grounds were well-maintained. The deluxe room came with an attached outdoor shower which took some time getting used to. Note: Quiet = Inconvenient & 15 mins by foot to the beach. Rustic = Old & it's near this construction site which "breeded" alot of mosquitos. The... more
