We were a little nervous booking this room because it was the only place not sold out in Kuta, but we were surprisingly happy. It was overall very clean (except the bathroom, lots of ants). Budget hotel - generally clean with excellent air conditioning. Pool was small but clean and shaded. Bed linen was old and stained (but clean), and hotel staff kept forgetting to give us clean towels each day (we had to ask on numerous occasions). We stayed 2 nights at the Flamboyan. The location is in a small street a few hundred meters from the Discovery Shopping Mall and the beach just behind the mall.
