This is the worst resort I have been to. Food is bad. Service staff are polite. One key card cost usd50 if lost. This is absolutely ridiculous. Location is bad. I certainly do not recommend this resort to my friends who are going Bali. Restaurant has too many houseflies. Nocredit card facilities.

The hotel room is terribly small. The location is also very inconvenient. If you are traveling to Bali for the beaches then I wouldn't recommend staying here. Although the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful the hotel itself has seen better days. No hot water tap on the basin in the bathroom, had to buy a small bucket to transfer hot water from the shower for my shave in the morning.
