Bali is a fantastic destination. Very little to complain about with this hotel. Service in 1 of the restaurants on 1 occasion was not great but had previously been really good, so just put it down to an off night. Staff were very polite at the hotel, and service excellentm, . We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Bali Hyatt. This hotel has great facilities for families with young children. Our children are 5yo and 3yo. They loved the kids pool and kids club. The reason we chose this hotel was the Hyatt brand, so we could be sure of a consistent international standard. The rooms are clean and importantly the bed is very comfortable.
